| Customer Reviews: ClickCT December 4, 2009 M. Doyle (CT USA) Simple watch. Band / Braclet lacks refinement but the quality of the movement and crystal can't be beat for just over $100. I reach into computers all day long and not a scratch on the face yet.
Four stars for price November 26, 2009 jpv (Minneapolis, MN, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have actually had this watch for five years now. I give it four stars for the good value for money. Of course, it's not a "top-end" watch, it's not even a middle-level Tissot, but it is worth every penny of 100-odd bucks. I never wear mine anymore (too small), but it's still a goer.
Pros:
* Sapphire face: Invaluable, and easily the best selling point;
* Nice clasp: I've never had a problem with it in the past five years;
* I think I've changed the battery once (maybe twice) since I got it--not bad.
Cons:
* The band is really flimsy and a bit cheap feeling--scratches easily too;
* It's quite a small face, which is alright if you're thin or a woman.
Overall, for $100-something, you can't go wrong. It's much, much better than a similarly priced Timex, Fossil, or something like that.
My advice, however, would be to spend an extra $100 and find a more weighty Tissot or a Seiko with a sapphire face.
Classic and elegant watch September 14, 2009 Oleg K (Ohio, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is classic and elegant watch. Stainless steel case and bracelet with polished/brushed mix design.
Dial is "matte silver" with polished numbers, handles and hour-marks. Visually appealing and not "flashy". Sapphire dial window is a big plus - not many watches at this price range have it.
For 2 months I have worn it there is no scratches on the dial or bracelet.
PR50 is definitely worth considering as an everyday watch for it's brand, quality and price.
